十月十六日至十九日,济济四百余名教师、研究人员、专家会聚广西南宁,参加全国小学语文教研会第三届年会。代表们不拘形式,广泛交流,认真切磋,大胆探索,会议内容因之而多彩丰富。会议以阅读教学为中心,组织了如何研究学生的“学习法”,阅读教学中的思维训练和创造力的培养及课堂结构改革等问题的讨论。但是,讨论发言又超出了这个范围,出现了一些引人注目的教研新情况:1.黑龙江省进行的“注音识字,提前读写”实验,是小学语文教学改革的重大突破。这项实验目的并不在改革识字方法,而是让儿童在不识字或识字不多的情况下,利用汉语拼音开始大量的阅读和写作,及早发展儿童的语言和智力,以适应当前知识迅猛增
From October 16 to 19, more than 400 teachers, researchers, and experts from the economic community gathered in Nanning, Guangxi to participate in the third annual meeting of the National Primary School Chinese Language Teaching and Research Association. The delegates informally and extensively exchanged ideas, researched and explored boldly, and the content of the conference was colorful. The conference centered on reading instruction and organized how to study students’ “learning method”, thinking training, creativity training and classroom structure reform. However, the discussion speech was beyond this scope, and some noticeable new teaching and research situations have emerged: 1. The “phonetic literacy and early literacy” experiment conducted in Heilongjiang Province was a major breakthrough in the reform of primary school language teaching. The purpose of this experiment is not to reform the literacy method, but to allow children to use Chinese Pinyin to start reading and writing in large quantities, and to develop children’s language and intelligence as soon as possible, in order to adapt to the current rapid increase in knowledge.
