我国城市儿童公园发展较为落后，将现有市区老公园进行升级改造成符合城市家庭亲子活动特点的儿童公园是行之有效的惠民工程。以增城市儿童公园为例，在分析老公园现状基础上，从资源优化利用、低成本改造设计、提升场所文化内涵、植物景观规划四方面提出设计策略。
