国际教育机构培生集团发表的《2014年全球教育制度排名报告》显示,韩国位居榜首。韩国教育制度能在世界教育领域拔得头筹,在于其持之以恒地推进教育制度改革创新。普及“平均化”政策满足产业人才需求在1960年代后半期,由于初中入学考试竞争异常激烈,导致儿童的健康成长受到严重影响。于是,韩国政府在1968年改革入学考试制度,废除了包括私立中学在内的所有初中的入学考试制度,采取按地区抽签上初中的“平均化”政策。
South Korea topped the list of 2014 Global Education System Ranking Report published by Pearson Group, an international educational institution. The education system in South Korea can take the lead in world education in that it persistently promotes the reform and innovation in the education system. Popularization and “Averaging” Policy Satisfying Industrial Talents Demand In the latter half of the 1960s, the healthy growth of children was severely affected by the unusually intense competition in the junior high school entrance examination. As a result, the South Korean government reformed its entrance examination system in 1968, abolishing the entrance examination system for all middle schools, including private secondary schools, and adopting the “average” policy of junior high schools by district lottery.
