唐山工程技术学院煤化工教研室研制的TGM—R3型饮水锅炉,于1988年11月19日通过省级技术鉴定。该锅炉燃用烟煤型煤,可封火过夜。具有供饮用水、供汽蒸饭与加热浴室用水三种使用功能。其排烟黑度近于林格曼0级;排烟含尘浓度13毫克/标米~3。炉体结构设计中,采取多项技术措施,提高传热速率。总热效率为66.9%。比较原煤散烧的直立火管式饮水锅炉节约标准煤35%。按每小时供出1公斤开水计,钢材消耗量仅为国内已有卧式型煤茶炉钢材耗量的40%。按照TGM—R3型锅炉设计图样,对现有污染严重、能耗高的旧式直立火管锅炉,花费90余公斤钢材,就地即可完成改装。较
