不过是短短几年的时间,北京房地产市场发展到今天,似乎已经是极大丰富了:先是1993——1995年高档物业畅销;接着是中档项目从1997年以来一直保持着相当的销售热度;到了1999年,以价格低廉为标志的经济适用房又成了市场新宠。高中低,在价格市场上形成了一个相对完整的体系,不同收入、不同需求的人尽可以在其中找到房。但是,敏锐的投资者永远在问:这个市场上还缺不缺点什么?稀缺永远是畅销的前提,先人一步、发现机会、创造别人所没有的,这才是成功。
