当前,国有企业的发展效能,国有企业内部机制改革等成为全面深化改革的重要课题,同时也是国有企业自身发展、转型的核心课题。在此转型过程中,国有企业领导腐败问题无法绕开。而十八大以来的党中央反腐决心无可置疑,在此形势之下,国有企业领导腐败特点以及相应的纪委督查重点成为值得研究和思考,于国有企业改革和发展有力的重要内容。
At present, the development effectiveness of state-owned enterprises and the internal mechanism reform of state-owned enterprises have become the major topics for deepening the overall reform. At the same time, they are also the core issue of the development and restructuring of state-owned enterprises. In this process of transition, the leadership of state-owned enterprises can not bypass the issue of corruption. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, there is no doubt about the anti-corruption determination of the Party Central Committee. Under such circumstances, the characteristics of leading cadres in state-owned enterprises and the corresponding focus of supervision by the Commission for Discipline Inspection become worthy of study and reflection, which are powerful and important contents in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.
