采用电镜酶细胞化学(AcP酶)方法观察了γ射线照射后大鼠肝细胞内自噬体的一系列变化特征,特别是线粒体的降解,及此过程中自噬体的形成和自噬体与溶酶体之间的相互关系。结果显示,照射后大鼠肝细胞产生大量自噬体,受损线粒体被自噬后,溶酶体参与其降解过程。
