本文提出了单颗煤泥团在沸腾炉内燃烧机理试验结果及简化模型。在实验的基础上,在模型中提出了关于水分蒸发,焦碳燃烧等过程的一些新见解,并将理论计算结果与实验进行对比,二者吻合较好。说明模型与实际情况较为符合,只要将模型中许多由实验确定的参数如焦碳燃烧活化能,灰层扩散系数中的常数等改为其他煤种的参数本模型可以推广到煤粒及水煤浆流化床燃烧计算用。
In this paper, the experimental results and simplified models of the combustion mechanism of a single coal slurry in a boiling furnace are presented. Based on the experiment, some new opinions on the process of water evaporation and coke combustion are put forward in the model, and the theoretical calculation results are compared with the experimental data. It shows that the model is more in line with the actual situation, as long as many experimental parameters such as the activation energy of coke combustion, the constants of the diffusion coefficient of the ash layer and so on are changed to the parameters of other coal species. The model can be extended to coal and water coal Used in fluidized bed combustion calculation.
