目的:观察EB病毒基因BHRF1的表达对鼻咽癌细胞生存能力的影响。方法:通过构建携有BHRF1的高表达载体,并转染低分化鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞。检测转染后癌细胞周期各时相分布的改变和在缺乏营养条件下的生长情况。结果:BHRF1的表达能使G1期细胞百分比升高,S期细胞百分比下降,癌细胞在缺血清条件下生存时间延长。结论:BHRF1的表达能促使鼻咽癌细胞周期的重新分布,以增强其在缺乏营养条件下的生存能力
Objective: To observe the effect of EBV gene BHRF1 on the viability of NPC cells. Methods: High expression vector carrying BHRF1 was constructed and transfected into poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2. The changes of the distribution of cancer cell cycle and the growth in the absence of nutrition were detected after transfection. Results: The expression of BHRF1 increased the percentage of cells in G1 phase and decreased the percentage of cells in S phase. The survival time of cancer cells was prolonged under the condition of serum-free medium. Conclusion: The expression of BHRF1 can promote the redistribution of the cell cycle of nasopharyngeal carcinoma to enhance its viability in the absence of nutrition
