[目的]探讨基于自我效能理论的盆底肌锻炼对女性压力性尿失禁、阴道压力及性生活满意度的影响.[方法]选择压力性尿失禁女性患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各为40例,对照组给予相关健康教育,实验组给予基于自我效能理论的盆底肌锻炼治疗,时间均为6周,比较干预前后两组患者尿失禁症状、阴道压力及性生活满意度.[结果]干预后实验组尿失禁症状评分明显低于对照组,阴道压力及性生活满意度评分明显高于对照组.[结论]基于自我效能理论的盆底肌锻炼可缓解女性压力性尿失禁症状,改善压力性尿失禁女性阴道压力及性生活满意度.
[Objective] To explore the effects of pelvic floor muscle exercise on female stress urinary incontinence, vaginal pressure and sexual satisfaction based on self-efficacy theory. [Methods] Eighty female stress urinary incontinence patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment Group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given health education. The experimental group was given pelvic floor muscle exercise based on self-efficacy theory for 6 weeks. Before and after the intervention, urinary incontinence, vaginal pressure and sex were compared [Results] The score of urinary incontinence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after intervention, and the score of vaginal pressure and sex life satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group. [Conclusions] Pelvic floor muscle exercise based on self-efficacy theory can relieve the female Stress urinary incontinence symptoms and improve vaginal pressure and sex life satisfaction of stress urinary incontinence.
