目的:建立一种用于纸杯中可能残留的9种溶剂的顶空气相色谱检测方法。方法:样品的挥发性组分经顶空进样器平衡,抽取气相部分导入色谱检测。结果:9种溶剂残留能够完全分离,线性良好,方法检测限在0.003 mg/m2~0.015 mg/m2之间,6次测定的相对标准偏差在2.4%~6.6%之间,样品的加标回收率在91%~99%之间。结论:本方法用于检测纸杯中的溶剂残留量,分析速度快、分离效果好。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of nine residual solvents in paper cups by headspace gas chromatography. Methods: The volatile components of the sample were equilibrated with headspace sampler, and the gas phase of the sample was taken for chromatography. Results: The nine solvent residues were completely separated and had good linearity. The detection limits were between 0.003 mg / m 2 and 0.015 mg / m 2, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 2.4% and 6.6% Rate of 91% to 99%. Conclusion: This method is used to detect the amount of solvent residues in paper cups, the analysis speed is fast, and the separation effect is good.
