在素质教育教学的大潮中,在新课程改革的大背景下,小学数学教学实践中,如何提高课堂教学的针对性、有效性,提升数学教学质量和教学效率,已成为广大教学一线的教育工作者关注的话题和探究的问题。笔者多年从事小学教学工作。教学中,笔者从创新教学策略、创设乐学情境出发,以激发学生学习兴趣,催生学生学习情感为追求,让学生在师生互动、情景交融中认真思考问题、倾听他人见解、分享合作成果;让学生学会学习、积累知识、体验成功。
