观察了19只慢性植入电极的大鼠在清醒状态下由侧脑室或腹腔注射胰岛素后对睡眠的影响。侧脑室注射0.14U胰岛素可选择性增加慢波睡眠;腹腔注射相同剂量的胰岛素对睡眠无明显影响。结果提示侧脑室注射小量胰岛素引起慢波睡眠的增加与中枢存在着胰岛素受体有关。
The effects of sleep-deprived rats on left ventricular or peritoneal injection of insulin in awake state were observed in 19 rats with chronic implanting electrodes. Intraventricular injection of 0.14U insulin can selectively increase the slow wave sleep; intraperitoneal injection of the same dose of insulin had no significant effect on sleep. The results suggest that the injection of a small amount of insulin into the lateral ventricle caused by slow wave of sleep increased with the central insulin receptor.
