跨国企业凭借先进的生产技术,结合当地优质的劳动力,借助当地便捷的第三方物流服务,能够迅速地扩大生产规模,降低成本,占领市场。而利用当地的第三方物流企业实施物流业务外包,虽能够带来很多益处,但是也存在着外包风险,如果跨国企业对风险不进行有效的预防与控制,那么对跨国企业造成的损失将不可估量,因此,本文以跨国企业物流业务外包的风险为研究对象,首先主要探讨外包风险的来源,其次阐述了外包风险导致的危害,以突出研究风险的必要性,最后,重点阐明了预防和控制外包风险的有效措施。
