在NO_3~-N及NH_4~-各一半组成的7个施N水平下,用黄壤进行盆栽,研究了对烤烟叶内N、P、K、Ca、Mg的含量及总灰分积累的影响.由施N水平对叶全N含量所拟合的曲线,其拟合度高,因此叶含N量可作为N素营养诊断的指标之一.施N水平与K、Ca、Mg的含量呈正关相,与P的含量呈负相关.通径分析的结果表明,施N水平对K、Ca、Mg起直接促进作用,对P的含量却是负效应;施N水平及K、Ca、Mg含量对总灰分的积累均直接或间接地起到积极作用,尤以施N水平及K的含量作用为最大.
