1 陶瓷型铸铝模板的采用 我厂生产的铸件,重量轻,批量大,且要求较高,一般都采用模板造型。多年来,模板的制作一直是我厂铸造生产中的一个难题。我们曾制作过许多环氧塑料型板,但它强度低,老化过程有明显的收缩、变形,更主要的是始终不能解决热砂粘模问题,严重影响了铸件表面质量,限制了生产效率的进一步提高。针对这一问题,也曾制作过一些机加工铝模板,但它加工费时,技术复杂,为此,我们开始了陶瓷型精铸铝模板的试验,结合本厂实际情况和本地区原材料性能,对工艺参数,工艺装备和操作方法作了多次改进,终于初步掌握了这项工艺。

Therefore, we started the trial of ceramic-type cast aluminum formwork and combined with the actual situation in our factory and the raw material performance in the region, Process parameters, process equipment and methods of operation made many improvements, and finally preliminary grasp of the process.
