普通硬面铸铁轧辊不能满足合金钢板生产的需要,因此迫切要求生产表层高硬度而中心具有较高强度和韧性的轧辊。我们从1962年开始试制和生产高镍铬钼合金硬面球铁轴芯复合铸铁轧辊,这种轧辊轧出的钢板表面质量优良。但因其铸造四大缺陷——热裂、发裂、白口层不够和气孔经常产生,故在1962~1971年近十年中,铸造合格率一直处于50~60%。
Ordinary hard cast iron roll can not meet the needs of the production of alloy steel, it is urgent to produce the surface hardness of the center and the center has a higher strength and toughness of the roll. We started trial production and production of high-nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy hard-nosed iron core composite cast iron rolls from 1962. The quality of the rolled steel sheet surface is excellent. However, due to its casting four major defects - thermal cracking, cracking, white stratum not enough and frequent stomatal, so in 1962 ~ 1971 nearly ten years, the casting pass rate has been at 50 ~ 60%.
