制备了不同Nd含量的Mg-Y-Zr-x Nd合金铸锭,研究了Nd含量对合金微观结构、力学性能和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。实验结果表明,当Nd含量增加到2.63%(质量分数)时,晶粒尺寸从70.1μm细化到45.2μm,并且在晶界不连续分布骨骼状β相。随着Nd含量增加,合金强度和电磁屏蔽性能都会增加。Nd含量为2.63%时同时具有良好的强度和电磁屏蔽性能,T6处理能进一步提高屏蔽效能。根据分析,以上实验结果是由于Nd的添加量不同引起微观结构不同造成的。
The Mg-Y-Zr-xNd alloy ingots with different Nd content were prepared and the effects of Nd content on the microstructure, mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding properties of the alloy were investigated. The experimental results show that when Nd content increases to 2.63% (mass fraction), the grain size is refined from 70.1μm to 45.2μm, and the skeletal β phase is discontinuously distributed at the grain boundaries. As the Nd content increases, the strength of the alloy and electromagnetic shielding properties will increase. Nd content of 2.63% at the same time have good strength and electromagnetic shielding performance, T6 treatment can further improve the shielding effectiveness. According to the analysis, the above experimental results are due to the difference of Nd addition caused by different microstructures.
