目的对菏泽市2012-2014年15岁以下人群急性感染性多发性神经根炎(Guillain-Barre Syndrome,GBS)监测情况进行分析研究,初步评价该市15岁以下人群GBS报告、监测和临床诊治工作进展,掌握GBS发病流行状况及规律,为保持无脊灰状态和GBS诊治提供科学依据。方法根据网络直报系统资料、个案调查资料、临床检查、诊断资料与实验室病毒检测结果进行分析研究。结果 2012-2014年菏泽市共报告15岁以下GBS病例22例,年平均报告发病率为0.42/10万。分布于9县区的22个乡镇(办事处)的22个行政村(社区),高度散发。48 h及时调查率100.00%,合格标本采集率100.00%。未检测到脊灰野毒株,1例检测到I型脊灰疫苗病毒,I型脊灰疫苗病毒分离率为4.55%;未检测到脊灰疫苗衍生病毒与脊灰疫苗高变异病毒。COX.ECHO、EV 71等非脊灰肠道病毒分离率为9.09%。结论菏泽市15岁以下人群GBS报告、监测和诊治工作取得了很大进展,但仍存在不足之处。建议应继续加强15岁以下人群GBS报告、监测和诊治工作。
Objective To analyze the surveillance of acute infectious multiple Guerin-Barre Syndrome (GBS) in Heze city from 2012 to 2014 and to evaluate the GBS report, monitoring and clinical diagnosis and treatment Progress, grasp the epidemic situation and law of GBS, to provide a scientific basis for maintaining polio-free status and GBS diagnosis and treatment. Methods According to the network direct reporting system data, case investigation data, clinical examination, diagnostic data and laboratory virus test results were analyzed. Results A total of 22 cases of GBS under the age of 15 were reported in Heze City from 2012 to 2014, with an average annual incidence of 0.42 / 100,000. 22 administrative villages (communities) in 22 townships (offices) in 9 counties and districts are highly distributed. 48 h timely investigation rate of 100.00%, qualified sample collection rate of 100.00%. No wild-type poliovirus was detected. One case detected type I poliovirus, the rate of type I poliovirus was 4.55%. No poliovirus and poliovirus were detected. COX.ECHO, EV 71 and other non-polio enterovirus isolates was 9.09%. Conclusion Great progress has been made in the report, monitoring, diagnosis and treatment of GBS in people under 15 in Heze City, but there are still some shortcomings. It is recommended that GBS reporting, monitoring and diagnosis and treatment should continue to be strengthened for people under 15 years of age.
