Objective: To explore the feasibility and necessity of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in community hospitals. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 120 cases of medical staff from Jinshanhu Clinic of Lintian Industrial Co., Ltd. were selected for study. All the medical staff participating in the study were trained on first aid knowledge of CPR and were divided into four groups Period, each phase of 2 d, each phase of the number of participants was 30, CPR emergency rescue experienced chief physician, deputy chief physician responsible for training, and to the target unit for theoretical teaching and field operations. Compare the mastery of CPR knowledge before and after training. Results: Compared with the pre-training, the mastery degree of CPR knowledge after training was significantly improved. After training, the correct understanding of the chain of life control was 50%, and the common complication rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was 75% , CPR posture control rate of 75%, CPR depth and frequency of chest compression rate of 66.67%, CPR chest compression and artificial respiration rate of 50%, CPR cycle control rate of 75%, automatic external defibrillator (AED) was 75%, which was significantly higher than that before training (P <0.05). Conclusion: The knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in community hospitals are relatively scarce. Therefore, it is feasible and necessary to promote cardiopulmonary resuscitation in community hospitals. The systematic training effectively improves community residents’ understanding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, And to a certain extent, improve the level of first aid in community medical institutions.
