一、问题的提出木材是我国短缺的建筑材料,特别是过去常用的红松、云杉和杉木等树种木材,其产量已远远不能满足工程建设的需要。因此,国家除进一步采取历行节约木材的措施外,主要是责成林业部门大量种植并使用十余年即可成材的速生树种木材;尽量开发利用那些材性上虽有缺陷、但蓄积量较大的树种木材,以改善木材供应的状况。据不完全统计,这几年在国家调拨的木材中,已有三分之一以上不是过去常用的树种,而新利用的树种(主要是速生树种的阔叶材)又在其中占有相当的比重。这对工程用材来说,显然是一个不容忽视的变化,必须为这些材料
