采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用色谱柱InertsilODS-SP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)和具有二极管阵列检测器的色谱仪,在220 nm波长下对嘧菌酯·戊菌唑进行分离和定量分析检测。结果表明,嘧菌酯、戊菌唑的标准偏差分别为0.06和0.06;变异系数分别为0.22%和0.57%;平均回收率分别为100.65%和99.97%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 6。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with methanol + water as mobile phase was performed on a column Inertsil ODS-SP (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and a chromatograph with a diode array detector at a wavelength of 220 nm for azoxystrobin Penconazole was isolated and quantified for detection. The results showed that the standard deviations of azoxystrobin and penconazole were 0.06 and 0.06, respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.22% and 0.57% respectively. The average recoveries were 100.65% and 99.97% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 4 and 0.999 6 .
