按照设备综合管理的要求,企业为实现经营方针和目标,必须以提高经济效益为中心作出各种决策。在决策中要注意到设备的物质和价值的两个方面:设备技术管理是掌握设备物质运动的规律,主要衡量标志是可利用率(有效利用率,Availability)。设备的经济管理是掌握设备价值运动规律,主要衡量标志是费用的经济性。要求我们掌握和运用好两个规律,贯彻技术和经济相结合的原则,通过设备的管理和维修活动,取得最佳的经济效益。本文试从经济管理这一侧面谈谈以下五个问题:
