我国东北、华北和西北许多矿山,每年开采的矿石及其选矿产品运输量已达几千万吨。由于北方气温低,冻结时间长,矿石及其产品在运输过程中产生不同程度的冻结现象,使一些企业不能坚持常年生产,企业经济效益受到严重影响。为了尽快解决高寒地区的矿石及其产品的防冻问题,开展防冻害研究已成为当务之急。本文分析了引起矿石及其产品冻结的主要因素有水分、温度和粒度,提出了防冻的主要方法是降低水分。试验证明当水分降低到10%以下时,冻结程度将会减轻。还提出了解冻的主要方法
Many mines in Northeast China, North China and Northwest China have transported tens of millions of tons of ore and their beneficiation products each year. Owing to the low temperature and long freezing time in the north, the ores and their products freeze in different degrees during the transportation process, making some enterprises unable to adhere to the perennial production and the economic benefits of the enterprises are seriously affected. In order to resolve as soon as possible the ore and its products in the alpine region antifreeze issues, to carry out frost damage research has become a top priority. This paper analyzes the main factors causing the freezing of ore and its products are moisture, temperature and particle size. The main method of freezing prevention is to reduce the moisture content. Tests show that when the water is reduced to below 10%, the degree of freezing will be reduced. The main method of thawing is also proposed
