YAKINIKU MASTER烧肉达人日式烧肉店位于上海天钥桥路上,这个年轻的烧肉品牌成立于2007年。它是利旭恒为烧肉达人设计的在上海的第3家分店。品牌创立人期望能将日本禅意与中国江南水乡的概念移植到上海,让宾客在舒适优雅的空间里享用美食同时感受到文化的氛围。设计师利旭恒运用现代的手法演绎日本传统建筑的基本框架结构,大量的木框架朴实的表现建筑结构美学,另外用水墨方式呈现江南水乡的中国建筑屋脊曲线,曲线来自屋瓦,依着梁架迭层的加高,藉此强调了这曲线之美在中国建筑结构上的简单和自然。
YAKINIKU MASTER Yakiniku Japanese Yakiniku is located on Shanghai Tianyaoqiao Road. The young Yakiniku brand was established in 2007. It is the third branch in Shanghai designed by Lee Asahi Hengda for roasted meat. Brand creators look forward to the Japanese Zen and the concept of China’s Jiangnan Water Village transplanted to Shanghai, so that guests in the comfortable and elegant space to enjoy the food at the same time feel the atmosphere of culture. Designer Li Xuheng uses modern techniques to deduce the basic frame structure of traditional Japanese architecture. A large number of wooden frames show the aesthetics of the building structure in a simple way. In addition, the curve of roofs of Chinese buildings in Jiangnan Water Village is presented by ink and ink. The heightening of the laminate layer emphasizes the simplicity and naturalness of the beauty of this curve in the architecture of China.
