目的:探讨护理教学查房中应用目标教学法的效果。方法:以2014年6月-2015年6月于我院实习的150名护理专业学生为研究对象,在护理教学查房中,对其实施目标教学法,通过理论考试评价目标教学法的效果,并与上届未采用目标教学法的130例护理学生的理论考试作比较。结果:2014届护生理论考试成绩高于2013届护生,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在护理教学查房中采用目标教学法可提高护生的理论成绩,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of using the target pedagogy in nursing teaching rounds. Methods: A total of 150 nursing students internship in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects. In the nursing teaching rounds, the target teaching method was implemented, the effect of the target teaching method was evaluated through theoretical tests, And compared with the theoretical exam of 130 nursing students who did not adopt the target teaching method last time. Results: The score of 2014 nursing students examination was higher than that of 2013 students, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: The target teaching method in nursing teaching ward can improve the theoretical performance of nursing students, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
