柑桔果实在贮藏运输中腐烂损失常达10%左右,严重者达30%以上。无产阶级文化大革命以来,我们实行“三结合”,进一步开展了柑桔防腐处理的试验。结果证明,2,4-D可以防止贮藏中果蒂干枯,控制甜橙蒂腐和桔类黑腐;多菌灵和托布津是防治绿、青霉菌的有效杀菌剂。1973年,此项处理技术已在主要柑枯产销地区推广应用。一、2,4-D处理控制蒂腐、黑腐蒂腐和黑腐病菌主要经过干枯果蒂侵入果实腐烂为害。用适当浓度2,4-D处理果蒂,可以抑制离层形成,在贮藏期中保持果蒂新鲜,防止病菌侵入。 (一)处理时期和浓度分采前和采后两次处理。采前1个月左右用50-100ppm(如用机动喷雾器,因喷药量大,宜采用50ppm)处理,采后3天内用100-250ppm处理的,效果最好。 (二)处理方法关键在于使药液接触果蒂。采后用喷、洗、沽、刷都可,但注意不要浸泡时间过长,洗果时宜浸湿后即取出。采前处理着重喷洒果实,特
