一、存在问题 1.培训形式单一。我区干训基本仍停留在开会(以会代训)、办班(短训脱产或半脱产集中上课)这两种形式上,尤其是资格性岗位培训,更是只有由区分行组织、集中培训一种形式,因而费时费力费钱,进度缓慢,效果也不好,难以适应不同地区、不同岗位、不同年龄、不同层次人员的不同特点。 2.教材落后且不足。现有教材(主要指资格性岗位培训教材)内容滞后,不少教材已过时,无法再用,如《社会主义初级阶段经济理论》,《中央银行理论与实务》、《中央银行会计》等等。且许多专业的教材至今未编出来。而一些勉强可用的教材基本上是院校教材的新包装,不符合我行工作的实际,受培训者听完课后往往褒少贬多。

Trainees often praise less after class.
