建构主义是20世纪80年代中后期在西方兴起的学习思潮。本文在分析建构主义学习理论的基础上,对当前小学教师培训中出现的问题进行探析,并以建构主义学习理论为指导,提出有效改善小学教师培训的几点建议。
Constructivism is a trend of learning that has arisen in the West in the mid-to-late 1980s. Based on the analysis of constructivist learning theory, this paper analyzes the problems in present primary school teacher training and puts forward some suggestions to improve the primary school teacher training effectively with the guidance of constructivism learning theory.
