离子交换法是回收溶于矿浆中金的有前途的方法之一[1—11]。试验是用人工配制的类似选矿厂氰化物污水的溶液和不同成分的工业污水进行的(表1)。在研究开始以前,将所采用的离子交换剂浸在水或饱和的氯化钠溶液中。离子交换剂用HGl、H_2SO_、NaOH或Na_2CO_3水溶液中的任一种充电,膨胀以后,用水把交换剂上过量的溶液洗去,直至呈中性反应。准备好以后,应把离子交换剂放在直径为5—10毫米的离子交换器中以备试验。
Ion exchange is one of the promising ways to recover gold dissolved in pulp [1-11]. The tests were carried out with artificially prepared solutions similar to the cyanide effluents of the concentrator and industrial effluents of different compositions (Table 1). Before the start of the study, the ion exchanger used was immersed in water or saturated sodium chloride solution. Ion exchanger with HGl, H_2SO_, NaOH or Na_2CO_3 aqueous solution of any one charge, after expansion, the excess water on the exchanger wash away until neutral reaction. When prepared, the ion exchanger should be placed in an ion exchanger of 5-10 mm diameter for testing.
