摘 要:[目的/意义]探究学术社交网站用户持续使用行为的影响因素,一方面有助于丰富学术社交网站用户行为的理论研究;另一方面为平台持续吸引和留住用户提供一些借鉴。[方法/过程]通过文献调研法选取50篇实证研究文献,依据扎根理论的编码体系,采用Nvivo质性分析软件对原始文献资料进行三级编码,归纳出16个主范畴并整合为5个核心范畴,并据此构建学术社交网站用户持续使用行为影响因素理论模型。[结果/结论]研究发现,用户持续使用行为主要包括成果管理行为、学术交流行为、信息捕获行为和资源推荐行为。个体特征、认知意识、情感体验是学术社交网站用户持续使用行为的内部直接驱动因素,平台条件是学术社交网站用户持续使用行为的外部间接促进因素。
