生产资料对使用价值形成是不可或缺的;以劳动手段、原材料等表现的不变资本是使用价值生产的物质条件和商品价值的承担者,而表现价值、承载价值却不能创造价值。企业主参与经营管理具有组织生产过程和剥削过程的两重性。私营企业主参与管理监督通常有四种情况,在生产过程中创造的价值极其有限。私营经济具有两重性,私营企业主与被雇用者的矛盾是客观存在,不能忽视。
The means of production are indispensable to the formation of the value of use; the constant capital represented by labor means, raw materials, etc., is the material condition and commodity-value undertaker of the value-in-use, while the performance value and carrying value can not create value. The involvement of business owners in management has the dual nature of organizing the production process and the exploitation process. There are usually four situations in which private business owners participate in management oversight and the value created in the production process is extremely limited. The private economy has a dual nature. The contradiction between private entrepreneurs and employers is an objective reality that can not be ignored.
