针对齿轮箱故障振动信号的非平稳特征,提出一种基于Hilbert-Huang变换的齿轮箱故障诊断方法。使用Hilbert变换求重构信号的包络,采用EMD方法将包络信号分解为若干个IMF分量,再对IMF分量进行FFT变换,实现在频域的分析,得到故障特征信号。依据IMF分量的频谱图和时域信号的边际谱图,判别齿轮箱的故障类型。实验证明是一种有效地处理齿轮箱故障诊断方法。
Aiming at the non-stationary characteristics of gearbox vibration signal, a gearbox fault diagnosis method based on Hilbert-Huang transform is proposed. The Hilbert transform is used to find the envelope of the reconstructed signal. The EMD method is used to decompose the envelope signal into several IMF components. Then the IMF components are transformed by FFT to realize the analysis in the frequency domain and obtain the fault signature signal. Based on the spectral components of the IMF component and the marginal spectrum of the time-domain signal, the fault type of the gearbox is discriminated. Experiments prove that it is an effective method to diagnose gearbox fault.
