本文对高密度循环水工厂化养殖状态下的奥尼罗非鱼和淡水白鲳鱼的肌肉中所含18种氨基酸成分及含量进行了检测分析,并与池塘养殖的同种鱼进行比较,检测结果白鲳鱼谷氨酸含量有较大差异,其余氨基酸的含量无显著差异;奥尼罗非鱼的氨基酸含量差异不显著,奥尼罗非鱼和淡水白鲳鱼氨基酸含量无显著差异。
In this paper, 18 kinds of amino acids and their contents in muscle of Oreochromis niluus and M. albacter were detected and analyzed in the condition of high-density recycled water factory farming and compared with the same kind of fish cultured in ponds. The test results The content of glutamic acid in white mullet was quite different, but the content of other amino acids was not significantly different. The amino acid content of tilapia was not significantly different, but there was no significant difference in the content of amino acids between white tilapia and white tilapia.
