车轮虫是一类水产养殖中常见的寄生原虫。本研究采用国际间车轮虫的现代形态学研究方法,对单型车轮虫(Trichodina uniforma Van As&Basson,1989)的13个种群进行了种群间比较研究,结果表明:单型车轮虫虽然主要寄生于鲤科鱼类,但不具寄主专一性和寄生部位的专一性特点,瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)是单型车轮虫的新发现宿主;本工作首次应用SPSS软件对单型车轮虫的两种群进行了形态性状差异显著性检验,结果显示单型车轮虫的种群间不存在显著性差异。SPSS统计方法不仅可解决分类学中的部分存疑,同时也为车轮虫的种间分析或种群间的差异性研究提供了一种新思路与新方法。
Trichodina is a common parasitic protozoan in aquaculture. In this study, 13 modern populations of Trichodina uniforma Van As & Basson (1989) were studied using modern morphological methods. The results showed that although the major species were mainly parasitic in common carp However, Pelteobagrus vachelli is not the host specificity and parasitic site specificity of the fish, Pelteobagrus vachelli is a new host of the univalmed rotifers; this work for the first time using SPSS software on single-wheeled rotifera The two populations were tested for significant differences in morphological traits. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two populations. SPSS can not only solve some of the doubts in taxonomy, but also provide a new idea and new method for interspecific analysis of interdrug or inter-population variability.
