目的:探讨大学生群体性发热被隔离治疗时的心理问题及疗效观察。方法:在入院时随机抽查100例发热大学生,对42例心理异常者在常规药物治疗的同时给予心理干预,采用SCL-90、SAS及SDA心理测查进行疗效观察。结果:治疗前后SCL-90、SAS及SDA心理测查结果对比差异有统计学意义,P≤0.01,表明患者心理状态明显改善。结论:对群体性发热被隔离治疗的人群早期给予心理干预很有必要。
Objective: To investigate the psychological problems and the curative effect of university students when group fever is isolated and treated. Methods: A total of 100 college students with fever were randomly selected during hospital admission. Psychological intervention was given to 42 patients with psychological abnormalities while routine medication was given. The curative effect was observed by SCL-90, SAS and SDA. Results: Before and after treatment, the difference of SCL-90, SAS and SDA psychological test results was statistically significant (P≤0.01), which showed that the psychological status of patients was significantly improved. CONCLUSIONS: It is necessary to give early psychological intervention to people who are treated with segregation of fever.
