应用脂类作为人工生物膜,制备脂质小泡(Vesicle)及脂质体(Liposome),是近几年来发展的新技术。国外已开始用以模拟细胞膜,研究细胞表面的结构和功能;包裹药物及生物活性分子,防止降解,增加细胞对药物的摄取,来提高疗效。去年,已有人开始尝试包裹RNA的巨脂质体(直径达1微米),这对于遗传工程,基因操纵亦具有潜在的意义。它将成为细胞生物学及分子生物学研究中的一项重要课题。国内虽亦有人设想发展脂质体的研究,然而迄今未见报告。上海市肿瘤研究所生化及分子生物学研究室,今年以来,开展了脂质小泡及脂质体包裹RNA的工作。一建立了一种新方法,国外目前常用的超声波振荡
Application of lipids as artificial biofilm for the preparation of vesicles and liposomes is a new technology developed in recent years. Foreign countries have begun to simulate the cell membrane, cell surface structure and function of research; package drugs and bioactive molecules, to prevent degradation, increase cellular uptake of drugs to improve the curative effect. Last year, giant liposomes (up to 1 micron in diameter) were wrapped around the RNA, which has potential implications for genetic engineering and genetic manipulation.
