人民检察院作为国家的法律监督机关,承担着维护宪法和法律统一正确实施、维护司法公正的神圣使命,而基层检察机关则是法律监督职能的直接落实和执行者,因而基层检察工作的科学发展具有重要的现实意义。我认为,实现基层检察工作科学发展的目标,需要坚持正确的方向,把握自身实际情况,认清优势和缺陷,立足切实可行的思路,遵循科学有效的方法。下面笔者就结合基层检察工作的实践、粗略的谈几点看法。

The procuratorial organs at the grass-roots level are the direct implementers and performers of the legal supervision function. Therefore, the scientific development of procuratorial work at the grass- Important practical significance. In my opinion, to achieve the goal of scientifically developing grassroots procuratorial work, we must adhere to the correct orientation, grasp our own actual conditions, understand the advantages and disadvantages, base ourselves on practical ideas and follow scientific and effective methods. Below the author combined with the practice of grass-roots procuratorial work, a rough talk about a few observations.
