随着市场经济的快速发展,人力资源已成为当前市场竞争的关键所在。现在人力资源管理在医疗卫生行业中进行应用,这有效的加快了医疗卫生行业体制改革的不断深入,使医疗卫生行业人力资源配置更加合理化,对医疗卫生行业整体竞争力的提升具有极为重要的意义。文中从现代人力资源管理的特点入手,对现代人力资源管量在医疗卫生行业应用中存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步对加强现代人力资源管理在医疗卫生行业中应用提出了几点具体的建议,以便于能够更好的提高医疗卫生行业人力资源管理的水平。
With the rapid development of market economy, human resources have become the key to the current market competition.
