一、厂长决策前,书记要放手不甩手,参与不干预,参谋不拍板,献策不决策,以保证厂长正确行使权力,并避免决策中的失误。二、厂长决策遇到阻力时,书记不袖手旁观或人云亦云,也不听之任之,而是耐心进行说服疏导,力排众议,为厂长实现决策克服阻力。三、厂长的决策一经付诸实施,书记同厂长要做到职责上分,思想上合;工作上分,目标上合;制度上分,关系上合;并要有切实的思想政治工作来保证,以使厂长的决策得以畅通无阻地实施。
