目的建立同时测定兰石草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(86:14),流速为0.8 ml.min-1,检测波长为215 nm,进样量为10μl,柱温为25℃。结果两种成分均达到基线分离,齐墩果酸和熊果酸的线性范围分别为10~400 ng(r=0.9999),18~720 ng(r=0.9998);平均回收率分别为99.25%(RSD=0.63%,n=5)和97.59%(RSD=1.57%,n=5)。结论所建方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in orchid grass. Methods HPLC method was used. The column was Hypersil ODS2 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (86:14). The flow rate was 0.8 ml.min-1. The detection wavelength was 215 nm. It is 10 μl and the column temperature is 25°C. Results The baseline separation of the two components was achieved. The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 10 to 400 ng (r=0.9999) and 18 to 720 ng (r=0.9998), respectively; the average recoveries were 99.25% ( RSD = 0.63%, n = 5) and 97.59% (RSD = 1.57%, n = 5). Conclusion The method was simple and rapid, and the results were accurate and reliable.
