新《安全生产法》于2014年12月1日颁布实施,新法的鲜明特点之一是明确了安全生产管理工作各个方面及各类人员的职责,其中第二十二条明确规定了安全生产管理人员的七条职责;特点之二是加大了对违法单位及人员的惩罚力度。根据新法中对安全生产管理人员规定的职责和要求,围绕第二十二条规定的七条职责的执行进行分析,有助于安全生产管理人员履职尽责,避免因履职不当甚至失职带来的法律后果。
The new Safe Production Law was promulgated and implemented on December 1, 2014. One of the distinct features of the new law is that it clarifies the responsibilities of all aspects of work safety management and various types of personnel. Article 22 of the new law clearly stipulates the work safety management Staff of the seven duties; the second characteristic is to increase the penalties for illegal units and personnel efforts.
