今年3月25日,青岛海尔集团创造了两个中国第一:总裁张瑞敏成为第一个被请入哈佛商学院MBA课堂参与教学的中国企业家;“海尔文化激活休克鱼”成为写入哈佛教材的第一个中国企业案例。哈佛商学院佩恩教授说:海尔借鉴外国好的经验,结合中国国情,创造适合中国的一套管理办法,海尔是一个奇迹。海尔的奇迹来自企业管理理念的不懈创新与实践的积累,在这些创新的背后,张瑞敏的心路又是如何呢?请听张瑞敏如是说:
