本研究的目的,在于将含铜赤铁矿用分离法分离为铜精矿与铁精矿以便分别加以有效利用。根据国外使用分离法的实例来看,其使用的原料多系单体氧化铜矿,混有铁矿石的例子很少,同时脉石种类不同,分离也有难易之别。本试验使用的试料,是南美智利产的含铜赤铁矿。为了进行分离工作,我们首先对原矿石的粒度、添加剂焦粉与食盐的粒度与用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及还原气氛状态等进行了研究。兹分述于下。
The purpose of this study is to separate copper-containing hematite into copper concentrate and iron concentrate by separate method for effective utilization respectively. According to foreign examples of the use of separation method, the use of raw materials and more monomer monolithic copper oxide ore mixed with few examples of iron ore, different types of rocks at the same time, the separation is also difficult to do the difference. The sample used in this experiment is copper-containing hematite produced in South America and Chile. In order to carry out separation work, we first studied the particle size of raw ore, particle size and dosage of coke powder and salt, calcination temperature, calcination time and the state of reducing atmosphere.
