Where previous learning has a negative impact on later learning, and interferes with the understanding and mastery of new knowledge, it is called negative transfer of learning. In my many years of teaching practice, I have felt that the phenomenon of negative migration on the issue of force decomposition is more common. This is a larger “step” of higher physics. This article intends to discuss the manifestations, causes, and ways to overcome this phenomenon.
