目的:了解宁波市人群对国家控烟工作的支持度,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取11个县(市、区),17个街道(乡镇),17个村(社区),1 406户家庭,逐一入户询问调查,共完成KAP问卷1077份。结果:84.9%的人同意政府采取更多措施进行控烟,控烟措施中以禁止烟草广告和制定无烟家庭政策支持率最高,均为78.5%,多元回归显示随着烟草知识、感知控烟益处及感知控烟障碍得分的增加,控烟支持度升高,对控烟的消极态度、本身是吸烟者及看到公共场所吸烟会降低控烟支持度。结论:宁波市人群对控烟工作的支持度总体较高,但政府仍应需努力,通过加强健康教育,完善政策法规,加大执行力度等措施进一步提高人群控烟意愿。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the support of Ningbo’s population for tobacco control in the country and discuss the influencing factors. Methods: A total of 1140 counties (cities, districts), 17 towns (townships), 17 villages (communities) and 1 406 families were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling method KAP questionnaire 1077 copies. Results: 84.9% of the respondents agreed that the government should take more measures to control tobacco use. Tobacco advertising and smoke-free home policies in tobacco control measures have the highest support rate of 78.5%. Multiple regression shows that with tobacco knowledge, perceived benefits and perceptions of tobacco control The increase in tobacco control barrier scores, the increased support for tobacco control, the negative attitudes toward tobacco control, the smokers themselves and seeing smoking in public places will reduce tobacco control support. Conclusion: The support of tobacco control work in Ningbo is generally high, but the government still needs to work hard to further raise the tobacco control intention of the population through measures such as strengthening health education, improving policies and regulations and enforcing enforcement.
