用 1 H- NMR测定羟丙基纤维素的摩尔取代度 (MS) ,根据纤维素在 DCl中水解后的 1 H- NMR谱峰面积来计算 MS值。同时还应用铬酸氧化蒸馏法测定了羟丙基纤维素的 MS值 ,以及利用 MS与羟丙基含量 (H C)的关系得到 MS值。可以发现 NMR的方法是可行的
The molar substitution degree (MS) of hydroxypropylcellulose was determined by 1 H-NMR, and the MS value was calculated from the 1 H-NMR spectrum peak area after hydrolysis of cellulose in DCl. The MS value of hydroxypropylcellulose was also determined by chromic acid oxidation distillation, and the MS value was obtained by using the relationship between MS and hydroxypropyl content (Hc).
