2003年,随着《安全生产法》的全面实施,安全生产工作从此掀开了崭新的一页。全国各地包括我省采取多种形式形成了强大的安全生产宣传声势,特别是通过“安全生产月”以前所未有的大阵营,大舆论,大力气营造“关爱生命,关注安全”的氛围,必将对提高全民的安全意识,推动安全生产专项整治,促进安全生产形势稳定好转,提供强有力的思想保证和舆论支持。安全生产,人人有责。我们应以满腔激情来迎接今年的“安全生产月”。今年全国“安全生产月”活动的主题是:实施安全生产法,人人事事保安全。我们要下大力气使《安全生产法》深入人心。《安全生产法》充分反映了宪法中关于改善劳动条件、加强劳动保护的基本要求和重视人权的社会主义本质,体现了“三个代表”重要思想。它不仅规范了生产经营单位的安全生产行为,为依法强化安全生产监督管理提供了法律依据,而且也为依法
In 2003, with the full implementation of the “Production Safety Law,” safety work has since opened a completely new page.
