二十年前发表的《人类环境宣言》,首次把环境保护捉到了关系人类生存与发展的高度,引起全世界的关注。日前在巴西里约热内卢召开的联合国环境与发展大会,拉开了开展广泛的国际合作,扭转地球生态体系急剧恶化的序幕。保护环境、造福人类,是我国的一项基本国策。早在70年代中期,机电部西安重型机械研究所就开设了环保设备专业,专门从事大气污染控制设备的开发、研究、设计、推广应用工作。十多年来,共开发出用于不同工况条件下的电除尘器及袋式除尘器系列产品15大类91种规格(见下表)。已先后为我国的钢铁、电力、建材、化工、机械、电子、轻纺、食品等行业提供了数百套先进的新型除尘设备。特别是在大型电站锅炉、建材行业水泥立窑、煤粉烘干机、电子行业的含铅 The “Declaration of the Human Environment,” which was published 20 years ago, caught the attention of the world for the first time in capturing environmental protection in relation to human survival and development. As early as the mid-1970s, the Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Technology opened a professional environmental protection equipment and specialized in the development, research, design, promotion and application of air pollution control equipment. For more than a decade, a total of 91 categories of 15 types of electrostatic precipitators and bag filter products have been developed for different operating conditions (see table below).
