目的 探讨复方硒制剂对荷瘤小鼠和环磷酰胺化小鼠血细胞的影响。方法 应用灌胃给药予荷瘤小鼠及环磷酰胺化小鼠 ,观察血细胞数量的变化。结果 本品能降低环磷酰胺化小鼠对血细胞的毒性 ,使血细胞总数明显回升 ,能提高 S1 80荷瘤小鼠的血细胞总数。结论 本品能明显提高荷瘤小鼠和环磷酰胺化小鼠的血细胞总数
Objective To investigate the effect of compound selenium on the blood cells of mice bearing tumor and cyclophosphamide. Methods The tumor-bearing mice and cyclophosphamide mice were intragastrically administered to observe the change of blood cells. Results The product can reduce the toxicity of cyclophosphamide mice to blood cells, so that the total number of blood cells increased significantly, and the total number of blood cells in S1 80-bearing mice could be increased. Conclusion This product can significantly increase the total number of blood cells in tumor-bearing mice and cyclophosphamide mice.
